Fully-Engaged Client

With our fully engaged package, our company will serve as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer for your business for 10 hours per week. In this role, we will help build out your marketing strategy, establish KPIs and reporting, define positioning and more. Our functional marketing systems will be delivered after the first 30 days. This package also includes quarterly planning calls, sprint planning and review calls led weekly and daily stand-ups with the team. We will hire, train, evaluate and fire vendors, employees and contractors. A 3-month minimum commitment is required.

Advisory Role

With this package a fractional CMO will lead your team as a strategic advisor. The package includes quarterly panning calls, sprint planning calls led twice monthly and unlimited email correspondence. It's an opportunity to grow long term with the least financial risk. You will have access to our marketing campaign standard operating procedures (SOPs). This package is only available after at least one 90-day sprint as an engaged client or a half-day consultive Strategy Session. A 6-month minimum commitment is required.

Strategy Session

This package is a 4-hour strategy session for your team using the functional marketing framework to focus your marketing strategy. We will put together a custom package, based on your company's needs.  This package includes a 7-day preparatory period via email correspondence. Delivery includes immediate marketing punch list, a list of blind spots, and marketing campaigns for the next 1-6 months.
